Scholarship

You're Up Next!!!

The Dr. Wade Manora, Jr. #PushingForward Scholarship is committed to helping young people with their matriculation to and through higher education. We are a private, donor driven fund and we dispense awards of $500 each to deserving high school seniors from Montgomery, AL that plan to attend accredited colleges and universities OR be a high school senior attending any HBCU for their freshmen year in college.

With the cost of higher education growing and outpacing the wages of everyday people, it became apparent to me to find a way to give back in some way. I realized that the ever changing dynamics in today's society makes it increasingly more important for our young adult community to develop their own space to grow, flourish, and inquire. Our goal is to help address the students’ need to fill the financial gap experienced in pursuing higher education. This opportunity is to lend a hand in trying to level the playing field. I will continue to solicit assistance from corporations, friends and supporters who share our vision for tomorrow's leaders. If you would like donate, please send your support through Square
